May I see samples of your silk work?
Oh sorry ! We love what we choose and are proud it although we can't provide a first hand experience based on we are online flowershop! But our IG and FB page has even more examples of our work along with inspiration from other wedding vendor and photography artists and also have samples of our daily work .
How far in advance should I schedule my flowers?
As all our silk flowers are imported from France, to avoid unexpected delay and out of stock, we are highly recommended to make an order at least up to two months before the date is ideal. Especially May to September of Summer holiday and , are the most popular times for oversea preweddings so we highly recommend beginning the process as early as possible to be sure that we have your date available.
Can you revise your silk bouquet ?
When we sent a preliminary bouquet photo to you, if you dissatisfied about the Shape, we have Once alteration service about the shape, please note that can not change the flowers and colors, because we are based on your form to design. Of course, if you still want to change your flowers design again, that will be HKD500 each charges of items.
How to keep qulity of the silk flower?
We provide a box to protect the bouquet. Silk flower can be washed gently and dry.No soak in hot water. You can clean the surface by 3M brush. Mostly, hand carry is perfect to keep the bouquet well for flying .
I am wondering if silk bouquet can be recycled?
Believe it or not, We don't want the bouquet to be discarded becacuas Eco-friendly
. If you need these flowers eagerly to leave you whatever any reason, please contact us for a recycling program! The cost of each bouquet is $600-800 depending on If it's kept intact but the recycling must be within one month of the pick up date of sale.
How do I order the flowers?

For the Silk flowers - You can decide delivery or shipping services to fit your silk flower product . Free delivery Address Near MTR / TRAIN station but does not include 'Outlying Islands and Remote Areas'. (delivery time is subject to change depending on current road conditions. (eg. road works, traffic jams, weather conditions, etc)
Free shipping to anywere in hk but does not include 'oversea'. But you need take the risk of any defective and damage with time by post.
